As a charity, Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter receives no financial help from the Government, Lottery Funding or the local council. We rely purely on donations, and could not continue our work without the generosity of our supporters. and help from the public.
Every penny we receive goes towards the care of the animals, running the shelter and improving our facilities – which is why every single donation is vital and we welcome donations of all sizes.

Small cardboard boxes to keep in your kitchen, dining room, on shelf in your home. Pop in your loose change, and return it to us when full. We’ll count up the contents, send you a thank you certificate to let you know how much you have raised, along with a brand new box.
Pick up change boxes from the shelter, or email info@wars.org.uk with the subject line ‘Fundraising’. and we will post boxes out to you.
