Jasmine is a beautiful girl that has had a real whirlwind of a time. Sadly, the life Jasmine has always known was turned upside down when her elderly owner had to go into a care home, and whilst they accepted pets, Jasmine really struggled with the busy comings and goings of the care home, and returned to the street of where she once called home. Fortunately, a kind and caring neighbour reached out to us, and Jasmine has found her way safely into our care.

Jasmine is a sweet older girl who is definitely feeling the weight of the big changes in her life recently. She has been described by the neighbour as a sassy little girl who loves head scratches, and purrs to her hearts content with her people. She has been known to want to rule the roost, so definitely would need to be the only pet in the home, as life in typical cat form is certainly on her terms! She would be able to share her home with those 12 and up, provided successful meets at the shelter. Jasmine can be a shy girl, but with a gentle head bump and the offer of a treat or two, she is an affectionate girl in no time.

Jasmine does have daily Metacam for some very slight arthritis in her hind limbs, which is managed well with pain medication and doesn’t seem to bother her at all.
