Lucky is a beautiful young girl who was brought into us as a stray, after being found roaming round at the Kidderminster Railway Museum. Lucky was heavily pregnant at the time, and the museum team spotted this and recognised that as only a young cat herself, she would need somebody to step in. Fortunately, the team got there just in time, as Lucky was scanned and confirmed pregnant, however the scan sadly confirmed the babies had abnormalities and both mum and kittens would be at risk if she was to give birth. The decision was made to spay Lucky, and fortunately she survived the ordeal and has made an excellent recovery, all thanks to the wonderful team at the museum who stepped in to help her when they did. Due to this, Lucky was aptly named to represent how she strayed to the right place, at the right time.
