Meet Finn & Flo
Please note, we are taking applications for Finn and Flo as a pair or as individuals, please specify when applying
Finn & Flo were handed into our care as their owner decided kitten ownership wasn’t quite right for them, and it was in their best interests to hand them into our care to find a loving forever home. Our kitten unit was absolutely full to bursting, therefore one of our fabulous foster carers came at the drop of a hat to collect Finn and Flo, and provide them with a loving home until they are adopted, here is what he had to say about them…
“Finn is the more confident of the two and will come and curl up on a lap when he’s not charging around playing or chasing Flo. Flo is more cautious but will follow Finn around and has started to lead the way on occasion. While she is happy to curl up next to you she’s less confident of sitting on laps but this will come in time (she will walk across my lap but not fully settle yet).
Finn is happy being stroked and will even head bump your hand if you dare to stop. Flo sometimes gets spooked by an outstretched hand but is learning to accept fuss slowly. Both are okay being picked up but Finn is happier to be held while Flo is less comfortable.
Both have been okay with older children (10+) if they understand that there are times they need their space. Compared to when they first arrived though they’re much more settled kittens. Both eat well and enjoy their food! Both will play in bursts before sleeping curled up together either on a bed or a sofa and are clearly very bonded. Both are very happy chasing a ball or a chase toy, but their favourites are the selection of boxes, it’s the simple things! They are much happier using grit litter than wood chip, and would kindly ask their owner to provide this going forwards to avoid toileting accidents!”

Finn and Flo will therefore be able to live with children aged 10 and above, and may be able to share their home with other pets provided slow and careful introductions, which our team will be on hand to advise on.
All our kittens come vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. We will be seeking homes with both indoor and outdoor access for Finn and Flo, away from busy roads. We ask any adopter to be mindful of the 20+ year commitment that comes with cat ownership.
