WARS is hugely grateful to all our fantastic volunteers who come and help us around the shelter with a whole range of jobs and tasks. Without their time and dedication we couldn’t do nearly as much to help the animals in our care.

Social Media Volunteer

Do you love social media? Do you love animals?

We’re looking for a Social Media Volunteer to help tell the stories of the cats and dogs at Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter.

With 20,000+ Facebook followers, plus growing Instagram and TikTok accounts, you’ll help create reels, photos, videos and posts that showcase our animals and help them find their forever homes.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation or charity marketing.

What we’re looking for:

  • Creative and full of ideas
  • Confident using Facebook and Instagram
  • Interested in helping us grow TikTok
  • Passionate about animal welfare

This is a flexible volunteer role, although some time will be spent at our busy ADCH-registered rescue centre in Malvern.

Help us give every rescue animal the audience they deserve.
