Meet Beautiful Nova.

This clever girl came to due to a change in her family’s circumstances changing.

Nova is a super intelligent, loving and a loyal lady.

Nova bonds really well with her close family and friends, and when she trusts you she is your bestfriend and very tactile.  Nova is however sensitive and struggles with meeting strangers especially those that will invade her space.  She is not the type of dog that people can reach out to and stroke/touch on walks or outings, so it’s really important that her new family advocate for her, and ensure her space and boundaries are respected.  She enjoys exploring and being out with her family and friends and deserves to be able to enjoy her walks and explore in contentment without the worry of people invading her personal space. We are here to guide her new family on tips and positive walking tools to help with this in future to set her up for success.

Nova’s new family will need to make several meets at the shelter in order to help her feel safe and secure and to build a good relationship, so please bare this in mind before applying.

Nova is house trained and is looking for a home with no children due to her sensitive nature.  She would be better suited to a home that’s pet free also.  Nova can meet dogs out and about, she will generally ignore other dogs and does not want much from them either.  She isn’t the type of dog that wants overly playful/interactive dogs in her space, but does enjoy a walking low maintenance friend.
