Meet handsome Ross, this sweetie came to us following his retirement in the racing world. He is well and truly ready for his pet life and has hung up his boots after a successful career.
Ross is very laid back and outgoing and is always happy to see you.
Ross could live with another dog, but he can’t live with cats.
Ross is looking for a family home with children 12+. He hasn’t lived in a home yet, but shows really good traits of settling well and try’s his best to be clean in his kennel. He has previously spent some time with his trainer and their children and he was a outgoing lovely lad to be around! Ross being a typical greyhound is a gentle, sweet natured boy and would suit a loving laid back home.
Ross, is a pleasure to have at the shelter, he enjoys his strolls with the team and other dogs and could live with another laid back dog, unfortunately, he can’t live with cats due to his high prey drive. Ross shouldn’t left any longer than 3-4 hours in his new home, especially when settling in, this is so he can continue his housetraining and home life settling. Ross would suit most family’s looking for a companion, can you give him the home he has always deserved?
