Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter (WARS) is offering an exciting opportunity to rent our Groom Room – a dedicated grooming space set within our beautiful countryside location near Newland, Malvern.

By renting with WARS, you’ll not only enjoy a calm and welcoming environment for your clients and their dogs, but you’ll also be helping to support the ongoing care and rehoming of animals in need. Your tenancy contributes directly to the work we do every day to give rescue pets a second chance.

Our Groom Room offers a blank canvas for you to create your ideal grooming environment.

Facilities include:

• Large, purpose-built dog bath
• Towels provided
• Private room ready to design and equip to your own preferences
• Access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
• Six acres of peaceful countryside surroundings
• Free onsite parking for you and your clients

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, independent groomer to establish or expand their business within a trusted and animal-loving setting.

• Rent: £550 per calendar month
• Availability: Ideally 5 days per week (flexible arrangements considered)
• Opening Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, 7 days a week
• Initial Rental Term: Minimum 6 months

• Proof of grooming qualifications and relevant experience
• Public and personal liability insurance
