Winston came into WARS as his owners were moving and could not take him. He is a real character and never fails to put a smile on your face. He loves to play with his toys and has a particular loves of footballs and his Yoda rope ball. Sadly he does have some issues with his eyes, ears and skin, which are all currently under control with medication. Currently out on foster
Winston will need an experienced home who are used to the Bulldog breed. He will need to be the only pet in the household. Due to his OCD and desire to chew he will need owners who are not to precious about their home, and will find new and exciting ways to keep him physically and mentally stimulated.
British bulldogs can be stubborn, so it can be difficult to change their minds once they’ve decided to do something. They can be rather sensitive too, so patient, consistent positive training involving tasty rewards is the way to go.
