Tufty has come in to WARS after her owner sadly passed away. What a sweet little girl she is. So gentle and friendly, a lovely little lady. She will often come out to say hello to any visitors and enjoy lots of tickles and fuss. She is called Tufty due to her little tuft of fur she has in place of her tail.

Tufty would be best suited to a nice quiet retirement home, similar to where she came from. She would prefer to be the only pet in the home. She may want eventual access to the outdoors, once she has settled, but will certainly want a lap and a nice comfy bed to curl up on back at home.
Just like dogs it is important to introduce your new cat slowly into its new environment. Choose a safe place that is traffic free to initially settle them in and provide plenty of toys for them to play and chase. Providing a scratch mat or post will help discourage them from doing so on your furniture. Until the cat has settled it is important that the cat is kept indoors for a number of weeks. This along with grooming and interactive play will help develop your bond and ensure the cat is happy and settled in its new home
