Tizzy finds herself at WARS through no fault of her own. She is a sweet little girl, who can be a little shy. But sit quietly with her and she will soon come and say hello. She enjoys fuss and tickles on her terms and once done, will wander off back into her bed for a power nap.
Tizzy will want a nice quiet, adult only home to call her own. She will want eventual access to the outdoors once settles but will need a home away from busy roads.
Just like dogs it is important to introduce your new cat slowly into its new environment. Choose a safe place that is traffic free to initially settle them in and provide plenty of toys for them to play and chase. Providing a scratch mat or post will help discourage them from doing so on your furniture. Until the cat has settled it is important that the cat is kept indoors for a number of weeks. This along with grooming and interactive play will help develop your bond and ensure the cat is happy and settled in its new home.
