Kallie is currently with her current owners who with a heavy heart seek a new home for her. With the arrival of a family baby, Kallie has struggled to cope and despite helpful input from a behaviourist, they have been unable to improve the situation. The owners feel that Kallie is not currently thriving in the home and deserves the opportunity to be in a household without young children, with people who are home most of the time and ideally with another compatible dog.
Kallie requires a calm home environment with experienced owners who will give her the time and the patience that will allow her to flourish. She will need owners that are around the majority of the day and who will be happy to continue the good work her current owners have put in. She will require an ample sized garden and nice comfy corner of the sofa to curl up on at night. She could live with teenage children and would certainly benefit from living with a calm and confident dog.
Kallie was rescued from abroad and is currently in a home that isn’t fulfilling her needs. She is a hound mix, so certainly enjoys using her nose sniff out things and her recall needs some work.
