Jinx and Louis have come in from a home as their owners were moving and they could not take them to the new property. They are a sweet pair of cats. Louis (male black and white) is more independent of the pair, and is a little less tolerant of handling, than Jinx (female, black). However, they are usually both more than willing to come and say hello to any visitors to their pen.

Jinx and Louis will need to be rehomed together. They would be best suited to an adult only home, and as the only pets. They enjoy being outside, so will need access to the out doors once settled, preferably in a low traffic area.
Just like dogs it is important to introduce your new cat slowly into its new environment. Choose a safe place that is traffic free to initially settle them in and provide plenty of toys for them to play and chase. Providing a scratch mat or post will help discourage them from doing so on your furniture. Until the cat has settled it is important that the cat is kept indoors for a number of weeks. This along with grooming and interactive play will help develop your bond and ensure the cat is happy and settled in its new home.
