Just look at that face, how could you not want to tickle it. She is the most adorable, inky dinky little girl with bundles of love and drool to offer anyone who meets her. She is super affectionate and will get up on her tippy toes for a head rub. She can usually be found kneading her bed staring at you waiting for her fuss. She does suffer from a flea allergy so will need regular flea treatments to keep on top of the allergy.
Cookie will want eventual access to the outdoors once she has settled. She would be best suited as the only pet in the home so she can get all the attention and could live with children 8+.
Just like dogs it is important to introduce your new cat slowly into its new environment. Choose a safe place that is traffic free to initially settle them in and provide plenty of toys for them to play and chase. Providing a scratch mat or post will help discourage them from doing so on your furniture. Until the cat has settled it is important that the cat is kept indoors for a number of weeks. This along with grooming and interactive play will help develop your bond and ensure the cat is happy and settled in its new home
