Bullet is an ex-racing Greyhound and he is now looking for his forever home and sofa. He is quite a special character that stands out from the rest. He is a big boy weighing 38kgs, now that is a lot of dog. However, with all of this dog comes a sweet gentle personality that would follow you around the house seeking, cuddles, food and somewhere warm to lie.
If you are looking for more of an independent dog, Bullet isnt for you. We dont quite know what bullet will be like in a home environment however, with us he is very needy and doesnt really like to be left. Therefore, we are looking for a home with someone who wouldn’t leave him for long periods of time. Maximum 2 hours and they must have another suitable dog.

She could live with another suitable dog but no cats or small furries. She could live with children 10+ and will need a fully secured garden to mooch in. Greyhounds can be a popular choice for therpy dog work. They are calm, with a gentle nature which can make them ideal for working with the elderly or physically impared.
Bullet is looking for a home that can keep him company and not leave him for too long, maximum 2 hours.
Bullet needs to be rehomed with another dog as he enjoys the company. Bullet is not a playful dog and tends to ignore others. Therefore the other dog in the home must be okay coexisting with another dog who is not interested in playing.
Bullet walks really well on the lead, however he has the potential to pull if a squirrel were to run out of the bushes, therefore we are looking for an owner who feels they are strong enough to hold on to him if he were to fancy himself some wildlife.
All greyhounds are not house trained. He is pretty good in the kennels but will need a home that understands there will be messes from time to time and he will learn.
Bullet has such a gentle nature and does tend to jump up. Therefore he could be rehomed with children over the age of 12+
Bullet is a greyhound that has previously been raced. Greyhounds themselves tend to be quiet and calm, enjoying the creature comforts of home mixed with a few walks here and there. Bullet is no different. He like most greyhounds is rather sensitive and docile so will need to be trained with a calm and light hand with plenty of praise over vocal correction.
