Bolt came into WARS after being found as a stray and was sadly never claimed. Amazingly this boy is 10 years old but does not look or act it. He is a sweet boy who loves to run and play. He will come and seek some attention but then gets easily distracted and off her goes again. He is a bit of a fidget bum. He knows some basic training including some recall, sit and paw and he does not seem fazed by other dogs but can get overexcited when off lead, which some dogs won’t want. He is definitely a golden oldie who is young at heart.
Bolt will need an active home to keep up with his love of being on the go. He does not particularly like to be by himself, so would like someone around for a good part of the day. He would be best as the only pet, but would like the opportunity to make some doggy friends out and about. He could live with children 12+ and would need a feel enclosed garden with 6ft fences.
Being a Staffordshire Bull Terrier Bolt shares many traits associated with the breed. He just loves to be with the family and doesn’t like being left to his own devices; it doesn’t matter what that might be, going out in the car or just watching TV. He is loyal and forms a bond quickly.
